Excellent experience at Pronto Urgent Care today. Very impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm of the support staff organized visit, took care of the preliminaries and assisted Dr. Game with the procedure she had to perform on me. The clinic is modern and impeccably maintained. Dr. Game is a superb provider. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Her interactions with her assistants, and me, the patient made me think her clinic was a teaching hospital where she was the mentor and primary caregiver. Great environment! Her clinic is a neighborhood gem that patients should not overlook.

Absolutely amazing experience here. The staff and doctor were both incredibly friendly and didn’t keep me waiting. Doctor is very knowledgeable with great bedside manner. She put me at ease and ordered all of the correct tests to do a thorough diagnosis. I’m excited to go back and will definitely recommend this office to all of my friends and family.

Professional and very attentive. I am not a fan of Dr’s, but, they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. If I need to visit, for sure, Pronto Urgent Care is recommended.

Had a great experience at Pronto Urgent Care. Dr. Maria Game thoroughly explained the procedure I was about to undergo, step by step, and asked if I had any questions before she started. She was patient, caring, and showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. The front desk staff and nurses assistant were also both very helpful and professional. My partner found an Angel in this place, the Dr was amazing. We have gone over a year with symptoms that nobody can explain, here the Dr listened and ran some tests that others didn't even think about it, now we have a result to follow up with a specialist to try to find a solution to health problems. I recommend this urgent care 100%.

Dr Game and her staff are wonderful providers. Their prompt care and professionalism has been most appreciated. Becoming seriously ill on vacation is frightening but their compassion was comforting and I was able to enjoy my vacation. I highly recommend their prompt services.

Just had a great experience at Pronto. Staff was wonderful, facility is extremely clean and Dr.Game was excellent. I had a bunch of weird symptoms and with some questions and a couple of tests and X-rays she quickly figured out the root cause and explained it all, then prescribed the meds to clear it up. Very glad I made the decision to go there this morning.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Mace and her staff at Pronto Urgent Care. After being misdiagnosed by my primary care Dr before arriving in Florida, I was able to get a same day appointment with Pronto. Dr Mace quickly made a correct diagnosis, ordered an X-ray which confirmed her thoughts and issued new prescriptions to treat my condition.
