Exceptional customer service and care. I came in due to a knee injury. I was seen within 10-15mins to include filling out paperwork. Everyone was very nice from the front desk to the back office. Dr. Game treated me like I was family. I recommend “Pronto Urgent Care” to everyone ...I wish she had a practice in Orlando!

If it's your First time using urgent care go here. My 90 year old Mom had not been herself for the last 2 months. We went to our regular primary dr. but got no satisfaction. We told Dr. Maria our whole story going back a few months. She is an excellent listener. She did labs and 3 days later she had the results. We are very satisfied with Pronto Urgent Care. Staff and Dr. A+. We now have a much clearer pic of my mothers health and now know the direction we need to move forward.

Dr. Maria Game is a wonderful doctor. She made me feel very comfortable and I was at ease discussing everything with her. She is knowledgeable and caring. We need more doctors like her!!! The facility is very clean and well managed. Her medical assistant Crystal is very sweet and helpful. I am definitely coming back here for my medical needs.

Of all the doctors I’ve been to for countless reasons over the years, the doctor and staff here were AMAZING. The professionalism, tact, kindness, and bedside manner cannot be touched anywhere else. If you haven’t stopped in here, please do. They will take excellent care of you. They definitely put the care into urgent care.

Dr. Maria Game is absolutely incredible. When I had insurance, I found her and her office to be leaps and bounds better than my primary care physician's office was. Now that I don't have insurance, Pronto Urgent Care is my go-to office!! She takes the time to listen to you and you can tell she loves her profession. I never have to wait very long and the office is spotless and professional! The pricing is fair and there are lots of options! I can't recommend Dr. Game and her office enough!

Dr. Maria and her staff are wonderful! The facilities are extremely clean. It was so nice to have X-rays done without going to an emergency room. Dr. Maria works very hard to truly understand the problem before treatment. Her hospital and urgent care experience is extensive and she has a warm bedside manner.

Dr. Maria was very personable and took time to listen carefully to all my symptoms. She was far by the most thorough doctor I've been to in a while and did not rush to finish up with me. She was even very thoughtful of my situation since I don't have insurance, and sought to make sure I didn't overpay for lab tests. I will definitely be coming back again for any future medical concerns, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Amazing and caring clinic. This clinic diagnosed our 18 month old with strep throat on our second day of vacation, and promptly gave us a prescription for antibiotics. Later that same day I stared to feel the symptoms and they were able to get me in immediately and I was in an out of the office with antibiotics in less than 10 minute. Friendly and helpful staff all around. This should hopefully save the second half of our vacation!
